L’entreprise fait partie du projet pilote d’Agri -Traçabilité Québec, ainsi que du programme de certification volontaire (MCD) : un gage de SÉCURITÉ ALIMENTAIRE.

Terrines, rillettes, saucisses, tourtières et raviolis.

to Wapitis Val-Grand-Bois
Environment and well being: Since we started in 1994, we have kept our full blood elk in a peaceful and natural surroundings. Animal well being has always been a priority. For example, we took great care in planning the facilities and use natural shelters in order to protect the animals from winter prevailing flurries.
Innovation and added value: It all started as a hobby, but it became a passion which has resulted in an innovative project : to put into production in 2002, as an experimental phase, a velvet antler with added value to it. The aim of the project is to concentrate more of some elements in the velvet antler since medical research has demonstrated the beneficial of these elements on our health.
This production will create a new niche and will position Wapitis Val-Grand-Bois in the vanguard of the market to meet the industrial needs

Localisation: Wapitis Val-Grand-Bois est situé à St-Armand, dans l'extrême sud du Québec (à proximité de la Route des Vins). Nous sommes à deux kilomètres du Vermont dans un petit vallon embelli par une route sinueuse et panaromique.
